After registering a defective product via your customer account, you send it directly to the indicated service point so that your warranty claim can be reviewed and resolved.
Required documents:
- Sales receipt of the product - you will find it in your customer account under Orders.
- Product warranty claim - can be found in your customer account under all returns.
Pack the product well so that it will not be damaged during shipment. The product must be sent complete with accessories, otherwise the processing may be delayed.
Processing time:
It usually takes approximately two to four weeks to process a service case. The waiting time can vary depending on the product, the type of defect and the workload of the responsible service center. You can find more information about this on the product page under the section "Guarantee".
