Did you transfer a payment for several orders together?
Unfortunately, our system is unable to process combined payments correctly. Always make separate transfers for each order, so that we can assign your payment clearly.
Did you send a return for your order?
It can take up to 14 days until your return is processed and credited.
Did you enter the correct reason for payment?
Please always enter the details shown in the payment information as the reason for payment so that your payment can be allocated to the correct order.
Did you use a payment template in e-banking?
When using a payment template, the last ISR reference number used is indicated. If this is the case, we have credited the amount to the specified order. Therefore, check your last orders to see if the amount was credited there.
Did the payment reminder overlap with your payment or a return?
You can always check the status of your invoices in your account.
